The DIY Divorce solution is the most popular and is suitable for couples who have both agreed to go ahead with the divorce and there is nothing to contest within the divorce.
Despite the name DIY Divorce, we actually process the whole thing. Some divorce services will advertise that they offer this service, and then will just send you blank forms in the post and leave you to do the rest – we like to go the extra mile and will help with everything from start until finish. So for your one time fee of just £68 , you will get the following :
- Completion of all the necessary paperwork – our in house legally qualified experts will complete all the paperwork for you, so you know it is done properly and correctly 1st time round. All you will need to do is check it and sign when you are happy.
- Free Easy to Use Divorce Guide -We’ll send you a basic Divorce Guide to help you through the process and help you understand what is going on at all times.
- Efficient Service and Support – Fast turn a round for all our clients.
- SUPPORT -7 Days a week – We are here 7 days a week and always respond to enquiries within 1 hour on a normal working day, and 2 hours during weekends.
- Unlimited Advice and Support- Expert support & divorce advice by Telephone and Email.
- No Hidden Extra’s - If any additional paperwork is needed by the courts to process your divorce, we don’t charge you any extra. Our one off charge is for the whole divorce process.
